What is the process for setting up an initial appointment?
The first step to get started is calling or emailing us about your interest in services. From there you will be contacted for a brief phone consultation at no charge. The purpose of this initial call is to review the services offered, collect insurance information and to answer any questions you may have about treatment.

What if I am not able to use my insurance?
If we are not able to accept your insurance plan, there are alternative options including self pay rates available. Additionally, clients can be provided with a statement for self pay sessions so that they are able to submit for out of network reimbursement with their insurance company (if available).

What is an initial assessment?
The initial assessment is typically the first appointment for new clients. This 1-hour initial assessment is utilized to further explore treatment goals and areas of concern. Upon completion of this assessment, initial treatment recommendations are made.

How often are therapy sessions offered?
Therapy sessions are generally on a weekly basis for approximately 45 minutes. However, therapy can be adapted to meet each individual’s needs. Frequency of sessions can be increased or decreased depending on your individualized treatment plan.
